A hike in Bukhansan national park, on the outskirts of Seoul. The park contains forested areas, temples and granite peaks, Baekundae (836m), Insubong (810m) and Mangnyeongdae (799m). An incredibly tough climb up the mountains to the summit of Insubong and then Baekundae. The humidity was opressive and I sweated a river, but the scenery was fantastic as we climbed in and out of the mist.Includes photos of Seoul taken from the mountain top. Many thanks Bo Kyoung for befriending me and sharing lunch with me.
